When will my chair arrive?
Order before 10 AM, Monday to Saturday, and we deliver the same day in Dubai. Orders after 10 AM arrive the next working day. Other emirates get it in 1 to 2 working days. We don't deliver on Sundays. Your exact date shows next to the Add to cart button.
Are delivery and installation really free?
Yes. The ROTAI delivery team brings the chair to your home anywhere in the UAE and sets it up in the room you choose, at no extra cost.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty runs for manufacturer and covers mechanical faults and manufacturing defects. Service is handled by the ROTAI technical team. It doesn't cover damage from misuse, spills, pets or normal wear and tear. Keep your order number as proof of purchase and message us on WhatsApp.
How does the free home trial work?
Book on WhatsApp and pick a time. We bring a brand-new, unboxed chair to your home anywhere in the UAE and set it up. Try every program and see how it fits your space. If you like it, you can buy it on the spot. If not, we take it back. The trial is free with no obligation to buy, and runs Monday to Saturday except public holidays.
Can I return the chair?
Yes. You have 7 days to request a free return if you change your mind. See our return policy for the conditions.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Choose Tabby at checkout to split the payment, subject to Tabby's approval.
Can I try the chair before I buy?
Yes. Visit the ROTAI showrooms in Dubai Festival City Mall or Palm Jumeirah Mall, or book a free home trial and try it in your own living room.
Is a massage chair safe for everyone?
Most adults can use it every day. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, a heart condition, osteoporosis, recent surgery or any other medical condition, check with your doctor before using it. Children should only use the chair with an adult present.
