The Thor kitchen moveable wood burning pizza oven offers the power and performance of a premium pro-style pizza oven at a practical price. It adds smoky and savory flavor to any recipe, and features a generous cooking area of 500 sq. in and a durable 20mm cordierite pizza stone. Its 4 Burner Grill offers 4 stainless steel 10000BTU main burners, allowing you to rotate meats and sear in the juices. A push-and-turn ignition system makes starting this griddle easy and lets you make precise temperature adjustments with brilliant blue LED knob lights. The four stainless steel burners heat the cooking surface quickly with up to 40,000 BTU of even heat. Weather Protection
This Thor outdoor kitchen island includes two custom covers that slip on easily and keep the cooking surface safe from rain, dirt, and debris. Pull off the covers when you're ready to make BBQ and pizzas and use the included cleaning tool to clear dried and stuck-on food from the cooking surface.

A. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- A twenty-four (24) months warranty is provided as standard on HOCC Outdoor Kitchen appliances.
- The warranty commences on the date of purchase by the end consumer.
- Documentary PROOF OF PURCHASE must be shown to the visiting engineer/HOCC customer service before any service work covered by the warranty can be undertaken.
- Where an appliance fault or failure is proven, the warranty covers the repair or replacement of the appliance if necessary.
- In all cases, the manufacturer reserves the right to inspect the appliance and to repair where it is feasible and practical to do so.
B. COVERED BY WARRANTY
- Any electrical or mechanical part(s) supplied with or as part of the appliance, other than those excluded below.
- Parts that are supplied or replaced at any time, whether in or out of the manufacturer’s warranty period, are supplied with a separate 12 months parts-only warranty.
C. NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
- Furniture or cabinet work, door facings, plinths, etc. surrounding or attached to the appliance, plumbing, masonry, and any modifications of the locations.
- Any consumable or renewable item that has a limited life, such as light bulbs (other than in microwave ovens and other appliances where special equipment is required to access the bulb).
- Items that can break in the normal course of use and wear, such as oven trays, pizza peel, shelves, fridge and freezer drawers, dishwasher baskets, etc.,
other than where the fault is due to an obvious and visible manufacturing defect. - Parts that are broken or impaired as a result of accidental damage or improper use, including but not limited to:
- Oven door glass shattered due to scratches from tools
- Damage from grill knobs, rings, abrasive cleaning agents
- Oven fascias that peel or discolor due to grilling with the oven door open (some models)
- Stainless steel hobs that discolor due to operation without a pan or utensil

- Damage caused as a result of incorrect installation
(This does not form an exhaustive or definitive list.) - Costs of service engineer attendance where they report “No appliance fault”, including but not limited to:
- No evidence of the reported issue after proper testing
- Dishwashers not cleaning due to incorrect or missing salt/rinse aid
- Laundry appliances blocked by coins, paper, or foreign objects

- Damage caused by abuse or misuse, such as using the appliance for purposes other than its intended design.
- Commercial use (e.g., in schools, hotels, guest houses, etc.) of appliances that are designed, intended, and sold for domestic use only.
- Damage caused by incorrect or inappropriate handling or transportation.
- Any damage during transportation or delivery from the manufacturer or its agents must be reported within the stipulated reporting period.
- A damaged appliance must not be installed.

- Loss of food in refrigeration appliances
- Damage to or loss of clothing in laundry appliances
- Damage to floors, furniture, etc. from water leaks
- Fire damage from any electrical or gas appliance
