The warranty period is 2 years for the wooden frame and foam, and 1 year for fabric, zippers, and stitching.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the frame, foam, or stitching. This includes cracks or breakage in the wooden frame not caused by misuse, foam sagging or loss of shape due to manufacturing issues, and faulty stitching or zipper problems resulting from production defects.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, spills, pets, improper cleaning, moving, self-assembly, or accidents. Normal wear and tear or discoloration over time are also not covered.
